Bill Terrano joined MEI Financial Services as the new director of credit, according to an MEI news release.
Before coming to MEI, Mr. Terrano served as vice president of credit for Citibank’s healthcare division. He has 22 years of financial experience, including positions with International Paper Company, Sony Corp., Money Concepts International, Charter Financial and DVI Financial Services.
